F.A.Q. 1. When is the 2011 Auction taking place? The Auction is on April 2, 2011 from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. You can watch it on CCTV/Channel 8 if you are in Claremont. Radio simulcast will once again be on KIXX 100.5 FM and 100.9 FM. 2. What's available this year? Our boards are now posted! We have over $34,000 in fantastic donations up for bid this year. We are grateful for the support of all of these local merchants year after year. Please support these businesses and thank them for helping out our community by patronizing them.3. I'll be out of town on the day of the Auction. How can I bid? Pre-bids will be accepted as in previous years. pre bidding will be on Friday, April 1 from 2-8 PM. There is a new phone number this year: 603-542-5438. All bidders are required to have a bid number this year because of a new system we are using. It is fast and painless to set up. Do it on April 1 so that you can get your bids in even faster! 4. Can I place a bid here via the web? We are not accepting bids through the website. 5. What are the accepted bid increments? Bids are accepted only in whole dollar amounts. For the regular boards, bids can be raised one dollar at a time. For the Big Board, bids can go up in ten dollar increments. No cents will be used. 6. How can I pay for the items I win? We accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa. 7. How will I know if I have won? All winners will be called shortly after each group ends. For this reason, we ask that the phone number you leave when you bid is one where we can reach you quickly. If we cannot reach you by the end of the auction day, we will be calling the next highest bidder. If you want your item, please give us a reliable phone number where we can rach you quickly. 8. When and where can I pick up my items? Pick up times will be April 2 from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at CCTV, and on April 3 from 9 to 11 AM, also at CCTV.
