F.A.Q. 1. When is the 2010 Auction taking place? The Auction is on April 10, 2010 from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. You can watch it on CCTV/Channel 8 if you are in Claremont. Radio simulcast will once again be on KIXX 100.5 FM and 100.9 FM. 2. What's available this year? All available items are now posted under Boards, and we are very excited to offer over $32,000 in high quality goods, services and gift certificates. Items can be viewed in the storefront on 65 Pleasant Street in Claremont. We've also linked photos to those items here on the site.3. I'll be out of town on the day of the Auction. How can I bid? Pre-bids will be accepted as in previous years. Pre-bids can be made via telephone on both Thursday, April 8 and Friday, April 9 from 2 PM to 8 PM. Those who anticipate being frequent bidders may also call during those hours to get a bid number so that they can save time when they call in during the auction. 4. Can I place a bid here via the web? We are not accepting bids through the website. You may call 603-542-8123 to place a bid Thursday and Friday from 2 pm to 8 pm or during the auction from 10 am to 4:30 pm. 5. What are the accepted bid increments? Bids are accepted only in whole dollar amounts. For the regular boards, bids can be raised one dollar at a time. For the Big Board, bids can go up in ten dollar increments. No cents will be used. 6. How can I pay for the items I win? We accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa. 7. How will I know if I have won? All winners will be called shortly after each group ends. For this reason, we ask that the phone number you leave when you bid is one where we can reach you quickly. 8. When and where can I pick up my items? The pick up times for items will be on Saturday after the auction from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm and Sunday morning, the 11th, from 9 am to 11 am. The pick up location is the CCTV studio on the back side of the Sugar River Technical Center. If you receive a call that you won an item but you are unable to come to the studio during the pick up times, you may discuss alternatives when you are notified about your winning bid.
